Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
Return shipping label costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping protection is non-refundable.


Promotional Orders (BOGO / B2G2)

Orders placed under promotional offers (such as Buy One Get One or Buy Two Get Two) follow a proportional refund structure.

If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be calculated by dividing the total amount paid by the total number of items received. This ensures fair use of promotional pricing.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@forvem.com

If approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but not received, we are unable to issue a refund.

  • If you purchased shipping protection, contact us for assistance
  • If not, please contact the courier directly to investigate

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@forvem.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • A AUD $20 restocking fee will apply
  • If shipping protection was added, we may offer a replacement shipment

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

An exchange fee of AUD $20 per item applies.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider.
